Subscription Terms
Verity Subscription Service Terms
1. General
1.1
These terms govern joining, using, billing, pausing and cancelling the subscription services offered on the Verity website (the “Company”).
1.2
Joining the subscription service constitutes the customer’s full agreement to these terms, in addition to the website’s terms of use and policies.
1.3
The Company may update these terms from time to time at its discretion.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1
The subscription service enables automatic recurring purchases of Verity products at a lower price than a one-time purchase.
2.2
The customer selects the shipment and billing frequency when placing the order.
2.3
The next billing date is shown in the customer’s subscription management area and order documents.
2.4
The customer authorizes the Company to automatically charge the payment method provided at registration during each billing cycle for as long as the subscription remains active.
3. Order Creation and Product Delivery
3.1
A new order will be created automatically after each subscription charge.
3.2
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer, unless the customer updates it before the billing date.
3.3
Delivery times are subject to the shipping policy published on the website.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
4.1
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment period and no obligation to complete an additional billing cycle.
4.2
There is no minimum number of subscription orders, and the customer may give notice of cancellation even after placing the initial order.
4.3
To allow the cancellation request to be handled effectively and prevent the next order from being created, we recommend giving notice at least 5 business days before the next billing date.
4.4
The recommendation to give 5 business days’ notice does not limit the customer’s rights under applicable law. Cancellation will take effect within the period prescribed by law, including within 3 business days of giving notice, or within 6 business days of sending the notice by registered mail, unless the customer requests a later effective date.
4.5
From the effective cancellation date, the Company will not create new orders or charge the customer for future billing cycles.
4.6
Notice of cancellation given after a charge has been made or an order has been created does not automatically cancel that order. Requests to cancel or return an order that has already been created will be handled in accordance with the website’s general cancellation and refund policy and applicable law.
4.7
Notice of cancellation may be given through the customer account area on the website, by email, by telephone, by registered mail, or by any additional method the Company is required to provide by law.
4.8
When giving notice of cancellation, the customer will be asked to provide reasonable details needed to locate and identify the subscription, such as the full name, order number, telephone number or email address used to place the order.
4.9
The Company will send the customer confirmation that the cancellation request was received and state the effective cancellation date.
5. Pausing a Subscription
5.1
A customer may request a temporary pause of the subscription for up to two months.
5.2
No charges will be made and no products will be shipped during the pause.
5.3
At the end of the pause, the subscription will resume automatically according to the updated schedule.
6. Refunds and Cancellations After Billing
6.1
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges and orders from the effective cancellation date.
6.2
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order created or a charge lawfully made before the cancellation takes effect.
6.3
A request to cancel an order, return a product or receive a refund for an order that has already been created will be reviewed in accordance with the website’s general cancellation and refund policy, the Consumer Protection Law and applicable law.
6.4
Cancellation of a subscription does not, in itself, entitle the customer to a refund for products already supplied. However, nothing in these terms limits any right to cancellation, return, exchange or refund granted to the customer by law.
6.5
If these terms conflict with a mandatory provision of law, the legal provision will prevail.
7. Payment Methods
7.1
The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the subscription period.
7.2
The Company may make recurring charges using the payment method provided when the customer joined the subscription.
7.3
If a charge fails, the Company may attempt to charge the payment method again or delay delivery of the order until payment is settled.
8. Price Changes and Promotions
8.1
The Company may update subscription prices from time to time.
8.2
Price changes will apply only to future charges.
8.3
The Company may offer promotions and special benefits that do not necessarily apply to subscription customers.
8.4
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.5
The availability of a promotion offering a greater discount than the subscription discount at a particular time does not entitle subscription customers to a refund, credit or price adjustment.
9. Cancellation by the Company
9.1
The Company may discontinue or cancel a subscription at its discretion.
9.2
In that case, no future charges will be made, and the customer will not be charged for billing cycles that have not yet been created.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1
Use of the website, the subscription service and the relationship between the Company and the customer are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law and regulations issued under it, to the extent that they apply to the relationship.
10.2
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived or varied under applicable law.
10.3
If a dispute arises between the parties, they will make a reasonable effort to resolve it through discussion before taking legal action.
