General

1.1 The website includes an online store for purchasing products. These Terms of Use apply when using the website or purchasing products through it.

2.1 The website and every service provided through it, including its design, content, trademarks, systems and algorithms, are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

3.1 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use the content appearing on the website.

4.1 Using the website and purchasing products through it constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use, under which you undertake that neither you nor anyone acting on your behalf will have any claim or demand against the website.

5.1 The terms set out here are the only rules that bind the business owners and website operators in relation to users of the website’s services.

6.1 Please note that these Terms of Use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the website operators and without prior notice.

Note: Changes will apply only to products and/or services purchased after the change.

7.1 If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register on the website or place orders.

8.1 Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from use of the website rests solely with the competent courts in Tel Aviv. Use of the website is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Restrictions on Use of the Website

1.2 Users of the website must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.

2.2 Users must reside in Israel, hold an Israeli identity card, and have a valid credit card issued in Israel.

3.2 Users are solely responsible for keeping their website password and username confidential.

4.2 Users may not open an account for any third party without that party’s explicit consent.

5.2 Users must not use other users’ details or passwords in violation of the law.

6.2 The user releases the website from liability for any technical malfunction, interruption or website outage, including faults caused by third parties providing hosting, software, communication lines and/or any additional service.

7.2 The user releases the company from liability for attacks and attempted intrusions by various parties targeting the website, communication networks, computers and servers.

8.2 The company takes several security measures to protect the privacy of information entered by users on the website. However, this cannot be guaranteed absolutely, and security breaches and unauthorized access to information may occur.

9.2 The company does not guarantee that the services and information on the website, or on third-party servers hosting them, will be completely immune to unauthorized access to the information stored on them.

10.2 By browsing the website, registering and uploading content and/or information, the user releases the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf from liability for any damage suffered by the user and/or anyone acting on the user’s behalf as a result of such attacks, attempted intrusions and unauthorized access to information, and waives any related claim against the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf.

11.2 The company may, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content or comment published by a user on the website, including deleting or suspending the user.

13.2 Some messages and advertisements sent to you may place cookies, including identification cookies, on your browser.

14.2 The company does not store users’ credit card details on the business’s servers or anywhere else.

15.2 The website acts as an intermediary between third-party suppliers—manufacturers, wholesalers and various factories around the world—and customers who use the website’s services and/or order products through it, for personal, non-commercial import.

16.2 Users purchasing products and/or services through the company’s website are also subject to the partners’ terms of use.

17.2 Every order placed on the website is subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Each user is required to check taxes, customs duties, VAT and other costs before placing an order.

18.2 A price is displayed alongside each product and includes value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. However, the operator may change the price of any product at any time at its sole discretion, without the user having any claim against it on that basis. For clarity, the applicable product price is the price at the time the customer confirms the order, not the time the product is added to the shopping cart.

19.2 After an order is placed, the customer is automatically registered in the website’s email system.

Registration is required to update the subscriber or purchaser on the stages of order processing, including sending invoices, order confirmation and shipment tracking.

Registration in the email system also allows the website and the company’s team to send advertising and marketing information. The company undertakes not to share registration details with any other company.

20.2 You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each marketing message sent to you. It is not possible to unsubscribe from messages concerning order and shipment status.

21.2 The website is not responsible for product quality, shipping times (including delays arising from various factors), late delivery or any resulting damage to the customer.

Product Displays, Images and Packaging

1.3 The images, renderings and displays of products and packaging on the website are for illustration purposes. There may be non-material differences between how a product and/or its packaging appears on the website and the product and/or packaging actually supplied.

2.3 The company and/or manufacturer may change the design of product packaging from time to time, including colors, graphics, text, structure, size, packaging materials, placement of design elements and markings. Different packaging versions may also be used depending on stock, production batches, branding updates or changes made by the manufacturer or supplier.

3.3 Accordingly, a customer may receive a product in packaging whose design or appearance differs from that shown on the website, provided that there is no material change to the product’s identity, quantity, contents, composition, intended use or other material characteristics as presented to the customer when the order was placed.

4.3 A difference relating only to packaging or its design, which does not change a material characteristic of the product or transaction, will not in itself be considered a defect or non-conformity in the product, subject to applicable law.

5.3 The actual product packaging may include additional or updated information, markings, warnings, instructions for use or other details compared with those visible in the product images on the website. Customers must read the information and markings on the actual product and packaging before use.

6.3 In the event of a material change to the product itself, as distinct from a purely visual or technical change to its packaging, applicable law and the relevant website policy will apply.
